A new decree adopted on incentives for investors to produce audiovisual work in the republic of serbia

On December 29, 2021, at the session of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, a new Decree on Incentives for Investors to Produce Audiovisual Works in the Republic of Serbia was adopted, which is valid for 2022 (Official Gazette No. 132/21). There were no changes in relation to the Decree valid for 2021 (Official Gazette No. 3/21). All conditions and financial criteria for investments remained the same for all formats of audiovisual works, and the procedures for allocating and paying incentives initiated in accordance with the previous Regulation will be completed in accordance with the conditions and rules prescribed by the previous Regulation (Official Gazette No. 3). / 21).
